Technology to
Empower

Lechal ( pronunciated leɪt͡ʃəl or lay.chull) meaning “take me along” in Hindi was originally started to
help the visually impaired navigate the world through haptics.

The inspiration was to use haptics or the sense of touch as a way to communicate & provide Navigational feedback to the visually impaired.

Brainchild of Krispian Lawrence & Aniruddh Sharma, Lechal started as a tinkering lab at an apartment to create smart shoes. The tech slowly evolved into insoles.

Tech to empower has always been in The DNA of Lechal, right to our manufacturing process Which comprises of differently-abled people.
